TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Solid block made of 304 stainless steel.
Containers made of 304 stainless steel.
Internal surface of the containers subjected to a special “sand blasting” treatment which avoids any possibility of the cream sticking to the walls.
External surface of the containers satin finished with damasked ends.
Four dismountable kneading rollers made of Aisi 304 stainless steel (only R3A, R3EA and R4A).
The low tension electric command board complies to C.E.I. standards.
