Horizontal Used Automatic Sachet Packing Filling machine, with one loading station – Product ID XA10123

It is supplied with ready-made doypack bags, opens them, fills them and then heat seals them.

Suitable for packaging a wide range of products such as: olives, spices, grain products, legumes, dried fruits, seeds, etc.

The packing machine area:

The machines that make up the production area are:

1. Electrically driven conveyor belt feeding the weighing machine.

Performs the automatic weighing of the product.

3. Packaging feeding conveyor: EXA CTH300-16

After portioning in the weighing machine, the product is guided by a conveyor belt to the packaging machine.

5. Metal detector with its conveyor belt:

Model: T/M S21-CUST-A023, Dim.: 175×350.

In the metal detector, after a calibration that is carried out, with suitable samples, the check is made for any presence of foreign bodies inside the packages. In addition, it is a built-in air discharge system.

6. Label ITALORA BR138

With the label, a sheet is affixed where it helps to temporarily close the package after it has been opened. In this way the packaged product can be preserved for a longer period of time
